  • An application form must be filled out by every person 18 years or over who will live at the property

  • No applicant is bankrupt / or an undischarged bankrupt.
  • We will pay security bond of $
    and two weeks rent, by bank cheque or DEFT upon entering into a lease agreement for the property. Only those persons noted on this application will reside permanently at the premises.
  • We understand that if this application is accepted by the Landlord we will enter into a tenancy agreement for the premises on the terms and conditions set out herein.
  • I We understand that the Landlord requires the tenancy agreement to be in writing and that this will be in the form of a Residential Tenancy Agreement recommended by the Real Estate Institute of South Australia Incorporated.
  • We hereby authorize the Agent to make all necessary enquiries to verify All information provided including employment, rental history, credit, business and personal references
PRIVACY DISCLOSURE OF FENWICK RENTALS PTY LTD

We are independently owned and operated business. We are bound by National Privacy Principals. We collect personal information about you in this form to assess your application for a residential tenancy. We may need to collect personal information about you from previous Landlords and letting Agents, current employer and your referees. We will also check whether any tenancy defaults by you are held on a tenancy default database. We use the database operated by TICA Tenancy Control Pty Ltd. You can find out more information about this database on its website www.tica.com.au. Your consent to us collecting this information is set out below.

We may disclose personal information about you to the owner of this property to which this application relates. If this application is successful, we may disclose your details to service providers relevant to the tenancy relationship including maintenance contractors and Landlord Insurers. We may also send personal information about you to the owners of any other properties at you request. You have the right to access personal information that we may hold about you by contacting our privacy officer. If you do not compete this form in full, or do not sign the consent below then application for residential tenancy agreement may not be considered by the owner of the relevant property, or if considered may be rejected.

I / We the applicant acknowledge that I / We have read the Privacy Notice of Fenwick Rentals Pty Ltd to collect information about me from :

  • My previous Landlords or letting Agents
  • My personal referees
  • Any Tenancy database including TICA which may contain personal information about me. I authorize Fenwick Rentals Pty Ltd to disclose any defaults by me under the tenancy to which this application relates to any tenancy default database to which subscribes including TICA

I / We authorize Fenwick Rentals Pty Ltd to disclose the personal information it collects about me to the owner of the property, even if the owner is resident outside Australia.

NOTICE TO ALL TENANCY APPLICANTS – IDENTIFICATION AND PROOF OF INCOME

Prior to any Tenancy Application being considered each applicant is required to produce sufficient identification to be scanned or copied to verify your identity, your rental history and to prove sufficient income to pay the rent.

If documentation is not submitted your application will not be accepted.

  • Pay Slips/Centrelink Statements/Bank Statements

  • Health Care Card/Pension Card/Medicare Card
  • Birth Certificate

An Application form must be filled out by each adult residing at the premises with Identification and Proof of Income attached. We may require further information to fully process your application. We are unable to process your applications if Declarations and Privacy Statements are not signed.

Full names and ages of ALL other people who will permanently live at the property

Full Details of ALL pets to be kept at the property, including registration details where applicable.
